Fruit is very healthy because of what it doesn’t have inside of it. Because it is not processed with a lot of salt, sugar and fat you can eat a piece of fruit and not worry about doing harm to your diet or your health.
Studies have been done to determine which fruits are the healthiest for humans. Results of those studies indicate that some of the healthiest fruits are blueberries, oranges, and apples. Keep in mind that while studies might indicate that some fruits are healthier for you than others always remember that all fruits are healthy in general and should never be passed up when looking to improve your overall health.
